Rei Kamiki Interview: Standing Doggy Style, a Mirror Van Debut and Wanting to Try NTR

Rei Kamiki's movies drew 18,414 page views and 6,684 downloads on our sites in the four weeks to October 19, 2026. This interview goes back to the start of her career, in August 2022, when she was 22, worked in the beauty industry and had just changed her name from Shiori (tentative) to Rei Kamiki.
She had won the Grand Prix at SOD's Magic Mirror Van 25th anniversary Cinderella Audition, which came with a guaranteed SODstar debut. Here she talks about the audition, her first three releases and what she wanted to do next.
From amateur AV fan to the Mirror Van audition
Interviewer:- What made you decide to enter the Magic Mirror Van Cinderella Audition?
Rei Kamiki:- I was watching Yuna Ogura and Yua Mikami and thinking they were cute, but when I found out they were AV actresses, I was shocked. Mikami-san also does branding for clothes and hats and works in a wide range of fields... I had a desire to become independent in the beauty industry myself, so I decided to take the audition because I wanted to become widely known as an AV actress while saving up capital to open my own business.
Interviewer:- Had you watched AV itself before that?
Rei Kamiki:- I became seriously interested after I learned about the actresses, but actually I had been watching AV even before that. I especially liked amateur stuff, and I was watching Magic Mirror Van too... (laughs). I got turned on by the setup where ordinary girls or college students got in and did sexual things...
Interviewer:- So you suddenly got into that Mirror Van and it became an audition!
Rei Kamiki:- I was so moved that I got to ride the very Magic Mirror Van I had seen on screen!
Winning the Grand Prix
Interviewer:- You won the Grand Prix. What did you think when you heard the announcement?
Rei Kamiki:- I got a phone call during TwitCasting, and when they said "You're the Grand Prix winner!" and I went "Ehh!!", the biggest feelings were surprise and happiness. After that I was worried, like, "Will an ordinary person like me really be okay...?" But since I was going to appear from the same SODstar as Yuna Ogura, I was overflowing with anticipation and curiosity and thought, "I want to shoot as soon as possible!"
A debut scene in front of an audience
Interviewer:- The first sex scene in your debut was inside the Mirror Van, and it was done while an audience watched!
Rei Kamiki:- Everything was so out of the ordinary that I was surprised. At first it was dark around me, and I thought we were just shooting normally inside the Mirror Van, but when the lights reversed, there were so many onlookers... I was like "Whoa!"... (laughs). But the scene where I did standing doggy style while everyone watched got me really excited too, so I definitely want you to watch it.
Interviewer:- Were you able to feel good?
Rei Kamiki:- Yes... In the three sex scenes (the first sex scene, the second amateur-style sex scene, and the third oil sex scene with Shimiken) I was able to cum. Until now I liked missionary and cowgirl, but in filming I experienced standing doggy style for the first time and it became my favorite... (laughs).
Her body complex and new confidence
Interviewer:- Standing doggy style is probably included a lot because they want to show off your wonderful figure!
Rei Kamiki:- Before I entered the AV industry, I had a complex about my body. I thought I was fat... But the staff during shoots and the people who watched my works praised me, and I became able to have confidence. Now I look forward to taking care of myself so I can become even more beautiful.
Gaining fans as an ordinary amateur
Interviewer:- You interact with fans on social media. What does it feel like to debut as an ordinary amateur and gain fans?
Rei Kamiki:- I still don't have opportunities to meet them directly, but I'm grateful for the reactions I get, enough to make me want to meet them. Some people say they like my inner self after watching my works, so I realize there really are people who properly watch me... Since I debuted from being an ordinary amateur, I think I'm still not as sparkling as other actresses, but even so I'm grateful that so many people say they like me, and it's a strange feeling.
Becoming Rei Kamiki
Interviewer:- At the time of your second work, there was an announcement that you were changing your name from Shiori (tentative) to Rei Kamiki and would be working in earnest as an actress. Did your feelings change?
Rei Kamiki:- The name Rei was the name I really wanted to have. I admired two-character names... The producer added "Kamiki" to suit Rei, and I like it so much I'd want to make it my real name... (laughs)! I'm really happy to work as another version of myself.
Her second and third releases
Interviewer:- Your second work, now with a proper name, was a project where you visit an amateur man's home!
Rei Kamiki:- The first work was content where the male actor led me, but the second work was with an amateur partner, so I struggled a bit with taking the initiative myself... But everyone came at me quite aggressively, and it was the same director I was used to from the first work, so he encouraged me, saying, "It's fine to be yourself," and I had fun. I think a lot of my true self came out, but I was conscious of treating the other person as if he were my boyfriend and interacting in that kind of atmosphere!
Interviewer:- And in your third work, you take on the SOD tradition "One Towel"!
Rei Kamiki:- I'm honored to have experienced a project that's so "THE SOD!" It was an unbelievable situation, and at the end I was able to do my first hardcore threesome, so it might be recommended for people who like intense play. I had fun doing it too, so it's one of my favorite works!
Her partners, and big ones
Interviewer:- How many partners have you had in total?
Rei Kamiki:- Five in total, and all of them were boyfriends. What stands out is my third boyfriend. He was so big that it took about a month of gradually getting used to it before insertion (laughs). So I'm a little bad with guys who are too big.
Interviewer:- Many male AV actors are also big. Were you okay with that?
Rei Kamiki:- Male actors have technique, so it's completely different! It doesn't hurt, and instead I get turned on right away.
Sexual curiosity and professional male actors
Interviewer:- For this AV debut, was there honestly a part of you, like sexual curiosity, that wanted to do it with professional male actors too?
Rei Kamiki:- I hadn't thought about that at all when I took the audition. But I did love sex... (shy laugh). Now I'm having fun and feeling good every time I shoot, so I'd be happy if you watch me like that and get excited.
Wanting to try NTR and her goals
Interviewer:- Is there anything you want to try in AV?
Rei Kamiki:- Since it's an AV series I personally like and watch, I want to try "NTR" (cuckolding). It's a drama-style work, so I think it would be difficult for an ordinary person with no acting experience, but I think the only way to grow is to overcome that kind of hurdle, so I want to take on the challenge. I want to become a Rei Kamiki who can give a different flavor to each work.
Interviewer:- Please tell us your goals.
Rei Kamiki:- Right now I have a lot of documentary-style content, but I want to appear in various projects and drama works and step up so I can show different sides of myself in AV. Since I'm doing this, I want to become an actress known by many people, and I want to gain support from girls too. My final goal is to open a beauty salon and have people think they'd like to work together with Rei Kamiki.
Interviewer:- Please give a final message!
Rei Kamiki:- Thank you for finding me among so many actresses. I'll keep working hard to take on various works and projects, so I'd be happy if you watch over me warmly.
